The Temple of Peace, King Edward VII Ave, Cardiff

The Temple of Peace is different from most venues in Cardiff. It is managed by the charity the Welsh Centre for International Affairs. So, your money is used to contribute to this magnificent building as well as the charity’s work in supporting international development, peace and human rights and global education. Your money is directly helping to create a fairer and more peaceful world!

A Grade II listed, secular building of magnificent historical gravitas that offers everyone the chance to create a truly memorable wedding in the heart of Cardiff, with a Marble Reception Hall to welcome your guests, a regal wood panelled Council Chamber to exchange your wedding vows and the magnificent Art Deco Marble Hall where you can dine with your guests and party into the night.

The venue works with Cardiff’s top caterers Steen the Chef and Town & Country Catering to supply fresh, locally sourced produce and delicious menus prepared seasonally, to accommodate all tastes and budgets.

Add to that, free car parking for your guests for the duration of the day, exclusive use of the building, options to extend the venue with marquees on the lawn and an iconic Art Deco backdrop for your Wedding photos, the Temple of Peace is Cardiff’s newest ‘Go To’ venue!
